To be the pioneer of the Participatory Social Security of Sri Lanka

MISSION

To sustain the social security of employees in the informal sector by actively directing those who newly enter the workforce in Sri Lanka and efficiently and effectively introducing customer-oriented, flexible and secure contributory retirement benefit schemes powered by information technology in partnership with all stakeholders

OBJECTIVES

Provide relief to dependants of self employed persons
Ensure social security during old age and disability
Encourage continuation in self employment
Promote youth self employment
Educate on thrift and resource management
Improve living standards of self employed persons
